Assistant Manager

We are hiring Assistant Managers to support restaurant leadership in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily operations at one of our McDonald's locations in the greater New Orleans area. We are specifically looking for candidates who have availability to work morning/opening shifts (5am) and evening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise shifts and lead crew members to success
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Help manage inventory and operational goals

Qualifications

• Prior food service or leadership experience preferred
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability
