What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Architect and manage technical project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Proactively monitor project execution to ensure adherence to design and requirements
• Lead testing and quality assurance processes to identify and resolve technical challenges
• Identify potential technical risks and develop robust mitigation strategies
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, or related field; or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2-5 years in healthcare technology)
• 5+ years of proven experience managing technical projects in a healthcare environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills
• PMP preferred and/or working toward a project management certification

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the radiology healthcare field and familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., DICOM, HL7)
