Speechpath & Associates LLC is a neurodiversity affirming private practice located in Springfield, NJ Our clinic is equipped with an innovative sensory gym, sensory room, and state-of-the-art interactive projector allowing clinicians to prioritize regulation and movement while targeting communication. We provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations, individual and group therapy (in-person and online), social skills groups, and more. Our mission is to support our clients and their families to optimize growth beyond the clinic setting.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing practice. This is a perfect opportunity for clinicians looking for extremely flexible scheduling — with opportunities for morning, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and recent graduates. Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered starting in March 2026, but graduate students finishing in fall or winter are encouraged to apply now to secure a spot with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (in-person; teletherapy opportunities may be available)
• Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR system
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress beyond sessions
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to our mission-driven practice

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NJ SLP License and CCC-SLP required (or CF eligible)
• Strong clinical skills with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care
