Property Manager

Overview
Hudson Residential is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager for The Reserve at Grand Valley. This role is crucial in overseeing the daily operations of the 132 unit property located in Milford, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.
• Complete annual renewals on current tenants.
• Tour prospects through the community and follow up on all leads to maintain high occupancy.
• Maintain accurate legal administrative files related to property operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Experience

• 3 or more years of property management experience is required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities management practices and legal administrative tasks.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
