Kitchen Team Member

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and prepping ingredients.
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Skills:
- Culinary skills: Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ability to follow recipes, experience with preparing pizza dough and using pizza over preferred.
- Food preparation: Experience in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes
- Food service: Understanding of customer service principles and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a kitchen setting preferred
- Kitchen equipment operation: Ability to use common kitchen tools and equipment, such as knives, mixers, fryers, and ovens
- Meal preparation: Ability to work efficiently and prepare meals for customers
- Cooking skills: Proficiency in various cooking methods, such as grilling, frying, and baking
