We're looking for a Early Childhood Special Educator (ECSE) to help us build something big—a team that delivers exceptional early intervention services to help kids and their families succeed. You'll be working with families, and shaping how we deliver innovative results-driven therapy to the kids who need it most (ages 0-3).

Here's What You'll Get with Us:

  • Mentorship: From experienced therapists working in the same settings and with the same populations as you. Real-world advice, not theory.
  • Flexible Schedule: Make your own weekly schedule between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday - Friday
  • Part Time (W2) Hourly: 7-12 each week
  • Hourly: $60.00-$
  • Location: DC Ward 3, 4, and 5 or service wards 2, 6, and 8.
  • Client Service Team: Trained to understand exactly what it's like in the field with full support.
  • Top-Notch Training Team, Quick Communication
  • Weather Flexibility: Reschedule when emergencies hit. No stress.
  • Community Events: Learn new skills and grow professionally while connecting with other clinicians.
  • Team Events: You might practice independently, but you'll never feel alone. Trusted clinicians are always around to help with tough cases.
  • CEU Reimbursement: For full-time providers. Invest in your growth, and we'll support you.
  • Tailored Learning: Internal training built on trends and knowledge gaps reported by our own clinicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide early intervention services consistent with professional standards of IFSP/IEP goals.
  • Design the learning environment and activities to encourage the infant or toddler to acquire developmental skills, cognition and social skills. Work with family and caregivers to establish daily routines to increase learning.
  • Provide information and resources to families of a disabled child.
  • Provide families with corrective action and/or support to enhance child's ability to benefit from their educational environment.
  • Adhere to all federal, state and county guidelines for early intervention.
  • Participate in Individualized Family Service Plans as indicated.
  • Ensure all students are serviced in their least restrictive environment.
  • Plan and organize instruction in ways to maximize the child's learning.
  • Implement curriculum that encourages goal attainment as per the IFSP.
  • Understand the special needs of the child and advocate for the child with others.
  • Attend and participate in meetings as needed.
  • Maintain all documents as per county policy and document findings timely, accurately and adhering to all educational guidelines.
  • Complete billing and bill patients accurately and ethically for services rendered.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient records.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, patients and patient families.
  • Comply with all company policy and procedure and safety guidelines.
  • Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.

QUALFIICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early intervention, early childhood education, special education, child development or family studies.
  • One year experience working directly with pre-school children (Birth to 5) or children with disabilities and their families.

We're here to make sure you have the tools, resources, and support to succeed. You'll feel empowered, not overwhelmed. So, if you're ready for a role where you can focus on doing what you love while we handle the rest, this is your moment.
