Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking talented Human Resource Specialists - Training & Leadership Development to join our creative team. This is a part-time, Unpaid, virtual volunteer position.

Duties:
Coordinate and oversee Volunteer onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct volunteer relations activities, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
