Accounting Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions and accounts for our construction company. The role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

Managing financial transactions and accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Preparing financial reports and presenting them to senior management
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; college-level accounting classes preferred
• MUST HAVE : ***experience in construction accounting***
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Compensation:

• $23/hr +
