What Position Is in Store Next

The General Manager will manage all aspects of the store operations, including but not limited to, store revenue, safety, security, customer service and state and federal compliance.

Where You'll Be

  • This position is on-site with a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday

  • The pay range for this role is $ $20.10.
  • This role is eligible to receive an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus.

Who You Are

The General Manager will have a passion for customer service, a background in lease management or a similar field and a reputation for being goal orientated. The General Manager will report directly to the Regional Director.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Ensure the store is open and closed and secured each business day.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance protection and retail sales of other in-store products.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Coach and lead teammates on how to meet or exceed company KPI goals.
  • Trains employees on safety practices and policies and enforces compliance.
  • Foster an environment of accountability for customer service; resolves customer concerns, work order and repair requests.
