Job Description

Join LandGreen Landscaping Inc. to help create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Whether you're working independently or with a team, your strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn will drive your success. Responsibilities

The job includes the following responsibilities but is not limited to:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and blowing at commercial and residential properties.
• Assist in the care and maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, and trees, including watering, planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Cleanup and removal of debris from outdoor areas.
• Operate and maintain a variety of lawn maintenance equipment safely such as mowers, rakes, edgers, weeders, pruners, and leaf blowers.
• Help with irrigation system maintenance, including inspection, repair, and adjustment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from the Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and address concerns.
• Ensure all maintenance services meet company standards and client specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma and/or bachelor's degree in related areas.
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong physical endurance for performing manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of handling job demands that involve repetitive motions, bending, standing, lifting, pulling, and carrying
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and focuses on delivering high quality results.
