Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE: TUESDAY - SATURDAY

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintenance tasks as assigned, as well as some heavy duty cleaning projects, such as pressure washing. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the Residents and their Guests.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deep cleaning of tile and carpets
- Pressure washing
- Repairs and maintenance projects, as assigned

• Pool area maintenance and cleaning
• Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or condominium maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, tile cleaners, pressure washers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
