Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's growth.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Valid teaching license or certification in early childhood education.
• Experience working with children aged 3-5 years in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
