Line Cook

Anthony's Ristorante is a brand new upscale Italian restaurant.

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. As a line cook at Anthony's, you'll work in a clean, focused, and respectful kitchen where quality, consistency, and teamwork are paramount. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy cooking at a high level, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes with precision and consistency on the sauté, grill, pantry, or fry station
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and prep lists accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station throughout service
• Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff
• Take direction from the Sous Chef and Executive Line Cook professionally

Qualifications:

• 1+ year line cook experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant
• Solid knife skills and knowledge of culinary basics
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Available evenings and weekends
