Assistant General Manager

Marco's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and drive the success of the restaurant. Shift Availability:

Morning Shifts: 9:00 AM - 5/6:00 PM

Evening Shifts: 4/5:00 PM - 11:30 PM/12:30 AM

Mid Shifts: 10/11:00 AM – 7/8:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including team supervision, order preparation, and facility maintenance.

Implement, maintain, and correct processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence within Marco's 10 Operating Systems.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational processes.

Strive to meet sales goals, service times, and guest experience targets.

Review Profit & Loss Statements and implement strategies for growth.

Analyze KPIs to improve store performance and efficiency.

Attend bi-weekly meetings with management to discuss store progress.

Maintain accurate data in all corporate systems, including POS and Marco's University.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure product quality and exceptional guest experiences.

Work closely with the General Manager to enhance skills in truck ordering, inventory management, scheduling, communication, time management and more.

Lead by example and foster a positive, team-focused environment.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have open availability and be able to work weekends

Must be able to work up to 11:45 PM on weekdays and 12:45 AM on weekends

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with supervisors, teammates, and guests

Accurately and efficiently count money

Reliable transportation for performing
