Office Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all workspaces, common areas, and restrooms are clean and well-organized. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness across our office environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere while developing valuable custodial skills. Must be reliable and have own transportation. The job pay is $47 per day based on 1.5-2 hours per afternoon Tuesday thru Friday

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment provided.
• vacuum, Wet mop
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of entry door glass , and fixtures to promote a bright and professional environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning techniques
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning routine
• Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties efficiently within a reasonable timeframe.
• Good communication skills for coordinating and reporting issues promptly
