Location: Boston, MA (Locals Only)

Duration: 12 months

Interview Mode: F2F

A Salesforce Lightning Developer who will enhance, build, and support Salesforce solutions across a global banking environment (retail + investment management). They will work directly with business and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy new Salesforce features—in Lightning—and integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems.

Must: (8-10 Years Exp)

Hard Skills

• Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) HANDS ON (HAS TO BE HANDS ON) Exp

• Server Side Programming --> APEX

• Basic SQL knowledge

Soft Skills:

• GREAT COMMUNICATION

o This person is expected to be able to run on their own - will need to work directly with technology leads -users to identify issues and come up with their own solutions

• Great articulations

• Hungry to Grow within MS

Plus:

• Financial Services

• Rest API and integrations

D2D:

o 50% of time they will need to understand the story of the problem (understand existing code)

• Come up with the different solutions on how they can optimize this and come up with different approaches on how they can fix it

 Once review is done, they will go on and implement their solution. 50% Comms and 50% Development

Misc:

• Past Experience

o Candidate needs to be HANDS ON - ability to write CODE

o He/She should be a confident speaker - work well with tech leads within MS
