Experienced Preschool Teacher

Now Hiring: Full-Time One-Year-Old Classroom Teacher

(1+ Year of Early Childhood Experience Required to Apply)

Hours 8am to 5pm M - F

We are looking for a dedicated, mature educator to lead our early toddler classroom at LaunchPad Early Education. If you do not have at least one year of hands-on early childhood experience, this position will not be a fit for our needs at this time.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support engaging, age-appropriate activities for one-year-olds
• Create a safe, nurturing, and clean learning environment adhering to TN DHS requirements
• Build warm, professional relationships with children and families
• Support daily routines, transitions, and teamwork
• Provide the consistent, loving presence young children depend on

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year early childhood experience — required
• Reliable, mature, and professional team members
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 36–40 hours each week
• A genuine love for working with young children
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• An educator who dresses and carries themselves with professionalism
• Able to lift 50 lbs and actively engage throughout the day
