Job Overview
AIT is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Coordinator to support scheduling, medical documentation quality assurance, billing assistance, and reporting functions. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and revenue-cycle accuracy.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage staff and operational scheduling
· Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of medical documentation
· Assist billing operations through documentation validation and support
· Prepare and maintain QA and billing-related reports
· Maintain organized electronic and physical records
· Support audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required (associate's degree preferred)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software
· Experience in healthcare, EMS, or medical billing preferred
· Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with regulations

Physical Requirements

Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based with routine interaction with clinical staff, billing teams, and organizational leadership. Standard business hours apply unless otherwise specified.
