About Us

Counter Service is an exciting new restaurant brand founded by Steve Ells, the visionary behind Chipotle, in collaboration with acclaimed Chef Andrew Black. After the success of our first location, we are expanding to three additional NYC restaurants. We are passionate about serving high-quality, chef-driven food in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to be part of our growing team. This role is key to delivering an exceptional dining experience through expert sandwich preparation, precise order bagging, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Food Preparation & Service – Operate makeline stations, including sandwich prep & assembly, bun toasting, and panini press operation
• Order Processing – Accurately bag and check orders for completeness and quality
• Customer Interaction – Operate the point-of-sale system and provide friendly, attentive service
• Quality & Safety – Follow health and safety protocols to maintain the highest food and sanitation standards
• Teamwork & Efficiency – Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during each shift

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Minimum 1-year food service experience (Required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable using restaurant technology systems
• Must have NYC Food Protection Certificate and NYC Food Handlers Certificate (Required)

• First shift: 6 AM - 4 PM
• Second shift: 10 AM - 8 PM
