Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and home remodeling, with the ability to manage projects efficiently from inception to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, exceptional customer service, and proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingualism is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction and remodeling projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
• Utilize project management skills to track project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction and home remodeling for a minimum of 2 years
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license; a company car will be provided if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
