Quality Specialist – Gear Calibration, Sr
We are looking for a Sr Quality Specialist to join our Shelby team
As our Quality Specialist, you will monitor the flow of material through the manufacture/test process and final inspection.
Location: Shelby, NC
Hourly: 23.08 to $33.36

Your Challenge
- Performs data pack and shipping document review.
- Reviews inspection/test failure and rejection reports to identify project failure trends and provides recommendations for corrective action.
- Assists Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection in the development of inspection plans.
- Provides assistance to inspection personnel in the identification and resolution of problems encountered during hardware flow to ensure acceptable quality levels are maintained.
- Performs system and process audits.
- Performs actual inspection of hardware when required.
What You Bring
- Must be a US Citizen
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years experience
- Experience with gear calibration
