What You'll Do

As Network Manager, you'll oversee the full technology ecosystem of the Credit Union—ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and running at peak performance.

You'll:

  • Lead all network and information systems operations, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Safeguard our infrastructure through strong data and network security practices
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence
  • Serve as project leader for enterprise-wide technology initiatives
  • Design and implement network and system solutions that elevate service across all departments
  • Monitor system performance, manage backups and recovery, and ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategy with organizational goals

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in information systems and network administration
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing IT staff
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills—technical and non-technical alike
  • Deep knowledge of network administration, operating systems, enterprise backups, and performance monitoring tools
  • Experience producing clear, professional technical documentation and recommendations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Preferred familiarity with credit union compliance and regulatory standards

You're comfortable working independently, confident in your judgment, and know when to escalate issues to leadership.

The Details

  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally non-locally
  • Valid driver's license, passport, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range:
    Network Manager — $120,000 to $155,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
