Bartender (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Stock bar after shift
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customer
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and equipment
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Must be able to carry cases of beer up stairs
• Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
• Experience using Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to upsell and maximize sales opportunities
