Nehemiah's is a fine dining Steakhouse located in a renovated historic location. Our vision is to provide a second to none experience where customers enjoy great food, a beautiful setting, and excellent service. We will feature live music Friday and Saturday nights on our Steinway piano.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry.
• Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and meal preparation techniques.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
