Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and possesses a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients and efficiently managing administrative processes. With Dynamic Rugs, you'll have the opportunity to grow in a company that combines the dynamism of a start-up with the stability of over 30 years in business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer communications via phone and email.
· Process, enter, and update orders and data in our database.
· Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, call management, mailing, and filing.
· Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma and minimum of 2 years office experience
· Strong communication skills for effective phone and in-person interactions.
· Proficient in multitasking, problem-solving, and working independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
· You have a knack for seeing how things can be done more efficiently and effectively, and are open to continuous improvement and change
