The Role

We're looking for a part-time skilled and passionate Baker to join our growing culinary team. In this role, you'll help create high-quality artisan breads, pastries, and seasonal baked goods that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and flavor. You'll work in a collaborative, early-morning kitchen environment where attention to detail, cleanliness, and creativity are essential. What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake artisan breads, pastries, and seasonal baked goods with attention to quality and flavor.
• Work early mornings in a supportive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, ensuring all workspaces and equipment are spotless.
• Contribute to menu development and test new seasonal recipes in collaboration with chefs and bakers.
• Participate in daily prep work and assist with special kitchen tasks as needed.

What You'll Need

• Experience in a professional kitchen or bakery is ideal, but we also welcome skilled and enthusiastic home bakers.
• Strong interest in ingredient-driven, seasonal cooking and baking.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Reliable, creative, and positive attitude.
• Passion for hands-on, from-scratch baking and a genuine love of good food.

About the Opportunity

• This is a part-time, non-exempt position
• The schedule may vary, but primarily this position would work four 10-hour shifts per week, and must be available two Saturdays per month.
