Real Estate Agent

Duties

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties
• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Create and maintain listings of available properties
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Prepare and present offers to clients
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes

Requirements

• Must have a real estate license. Newly licensed or experienced agents.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, as well as motivated new licensees.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws governing real estate transactions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide a positive experience throughout the transaction process
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and property values
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
