Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Secretary to support ownership and oversee daily operations of a professional appraisal office. This role combines bookkeeping, scheduling, office management, and front-line client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Perform basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)
• Coordinate directly with the company's accountant
• Manage owner's calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Gather property data from county records, MLS, and zoning sources
• Organize appraisal files and documentation
• Oversee office operations, supplies, and cleanliness
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and clients

Qualifications
• 3+ years in office management, executive assistant, bookkeeping, or similar role
• Experience with AR/AP and bookkeeping
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional phone presence
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Real estate, appraisal, legal, or accounting office experience
• Familiarity with MLS systems and public property records
