Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking and working with cakes. As a Baker and cake assembler, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of goods including brownies, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to established recipes.
• assemble cakes and other baked items with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the baking area and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and organized.

Skills

• Proficiency in food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong baking skills
• Familiarity with restaurant or catering environments is preferred.
• Ability to use kitchen tools effectively, including knives and baking equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
