Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Dynamics Engineer
to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Dynamics applications that support enterprise business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using
  Microsoft Dynamics 365
  .
• Configure Dynamics modules, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics and third-party systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support Dynamics upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and end users.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user support/training as required.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience working with
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / Finance & Operations)
  .
• Strong experience with
  Dynamics customization and configuration
  .
• Proficiency in
  C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  .
• Experience with
  Dataverse
  , plugins, workflows, and Web APIs.
• Knowledge of
  SQL Server
  and data integration concepts.
• Understanding of
  security roles, business process flows, and data modeling
  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with
  Azure services
  (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Knowledge of
  Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  or
  Customer Engagement modules
  .
• Exposure to
  CI/CD pipelines
  and DevOps practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
