Remicone is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager (Korean & English Bilingual) to support daily operations and help lead our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about customer experience and team leadership.
The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and consistent store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and labor regulations
- Manage ingredients inventory
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise employees
- Create, manage, and adjust employee work schedules based on business needs
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and conduct
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures
- Continuously plan, research, and implement ideas to increase sales, foot traffic, and customer retention
- Develop promotions, seasonal offerings, and upselling strategies
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support marketing and in-store initiatives as directed by the Company
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service standards
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including registers and deposits
- Track sales, labor, and operational performance metrics
- Communicate operational updates, issues, and recommendations to the Company
Qualifications
- Korean and English Bilingual
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
