Pay: $22 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Scheduling Manager to oversee daily and weekly staffing schedules for our security operations in the Philadelphia area. This role is critical in ensuring all client sites are properly staffed while supporting our security officers and field leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and adjust security officer schedules to meet client coverage requirements

• Respond to call-outs, shift changes, and last-minute staffing needs

• Communicate schedule updates clearly to security officers and supervisors

• Maintain accurate records of schedules, hours worked, and coverage changes

• Coordinate with operations management to ensure compliance with contracts and labor requirements

• Monitor overtime and assist with staffing efficiency

• Use scheduling software and basic office tools to manage assignments

Qualifications:

• Previous scheduling, dispatch, or workforce coordination experience preferred

• Experience in security, hospitality, healthcare, or staffing environments is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to remain calm and responsive in fast-paced or urgent situations

• Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

Schedule:

• Full-time

• May include evenings, weekends, or on-call availability as needed
