Technical Program Management

Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft, from Azure to AI. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of hundreds of data centers, managed by a team of subject matter experts working to support services for more than 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses in over 90 countries worldwide. 

Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies across our Datacenters (DCs).

The Process Improvement and efficiency (PI+E) team enables resource efficiency across DC Ops through Continuous Improvement focused program management and analysis. Efficiency is a significant focus of this team. The Senior Technical PM will improve and execute on IT operations hardware projects.
