Plumbing Service Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Service Manager to oversee and coordinate plumbing projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of construction management, and expertise in plumbing systems. This role involves managing project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating effective communication across teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Candidates with a background in construction site experience, blueprint reading, and construction management software are highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to lead complex projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Lead and manage plumbing service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and Construction management software
• Prepare and review construction estimates, contracts, and schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations and repairs
• Monitor project progress, manage resources efficiently, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality aligns with blueprints, schematics, and industry standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, change orders, and communications
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional development

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction management with a focus on plumbing systems
• Proficiency in construction estimating, project scheduling (Primavera P6), and construction management software
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction site safety protocols
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management platforms
• Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and communicate clearly across all levels of project stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction site experience is essential for understanding on-the-ground challenges and solutions

This role is integral to delivering high-quality plumbing services while maintaining operational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise combined with strong leadership capabilities to drive project success from start to finish.

Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year
