The Opportunity:

We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Network Administrator to work onsite at our downtown Tempe, AZ office.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, etc.).
  • Oversee Entra ID (Azure AD) administration & identity management.
  • Maintain and support On‑Prem Windows Server Domain (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
  • Administer attached storage systems & basic SAN/NAS management.
  • Support and manage Cato SASE for secure remote access.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Sophos firewalls & endpoint protection suite.
  • Maintain core network infrastructure including switches, routers, VPN, and TCP/IP networking.
  • Independently provide help-desk support to staff in multiple offices, in a positive and professional manner.
  • Other responsibilities as needed, commensurate with knowledge and skills.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and alignment with firm values.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.
  • Must meet occasional tight deadlines and work overtime as needed.
  • Must maintain a valid local driver's license and vehicle for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technology certificates a plus

What We Offer:

  • Compensation – This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis depending on experience and education as follows: Network Administrator - Between $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Requires 3+ years professional experience. Associate Network Administrator - Between $75,000 and $90,000 annually. Requires 6+ years professional experience.
