We are seeking a dynamic financial leader to oversee the financial data and reporting for multiple entities within an assigned region. The Regional Accounting/Finance Manager will provide critical leadership, ensuring accuracy in reporting while partnering with operational heads to drive efficiency and growth.
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Travel: Required to travel periodically and upon request to various branches in the U.S.

- Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 base salary with bonus potential
What You'll Do:
- Manage and oversee the monthly closing process for all assigned entities, ensuring all trial balance numbers are reconciled and necessary adjustments are made.
- Partner with Branch General Managers and department heads to analyze job costing, explain monthly budget variances, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Own the completion of month-end financial reporting. Analyze past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and financial trends.
- Supervise accounting support team members and foster a culture of professional growth and accuracy.
- Prepare and approve balance sheet
