We're looking for a leader who's organized, creative, and obsessed with consistency — someone who can guide our kitchen team, support our expanding catering program, and help us keep the Rosé magic flowing every day.
What You'll Do (and why it's cool)Own the Ordering & Inventory Game
- Place weekly orders and keep our kitchen stocked + running smoothly
- Track inventory and help manage cost and waste
- Maintain organized, beautiful storage and prep spaces
Lead the Heart of the Café
- Oversee daily prep and production
- Work on the line during service, executing food with accuracy, speed, and Rosé-level presentation
- Ensure every dish meets our high standards for consistency and flavor
- Train and mentor the BOH team so everyone grows together
- Maintain recipes, prep lists, and kitchen systems with clarity
Bring the Party to Life — Catering & Events
- Lead prep for private dinners, brunches, and off-site catering
- Coordinate timelines, prep volumes, and packaging for accuracy
- Collaborate with FOH leadership on logistics, schedules, and special menus
- Help execute beautiful events that leave guests raving
Build an Amazing Kitchen Culture
- Lead with kindness, clarity, and accountability
- Support and coach a team that cares about great food and great service
- Assist with scheduling and team organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, positive kitchen environment
Schedule
Enjoy a dream schedule in the restaurant world:
Wednesday–Sunday, mostly 8 AM–4 PM,
with occasional evenings for special events and catering.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years BOH management experience
- Catering experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of food safety, ordering, and inventory systems
- A natural leader who motivates and organizes well
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive during busy service
- Strong line-cooking skills and a passion for executing beautiful, consistent plates
- A team player who takes pride in delivering great food + hospitality
