Store Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Shop Operations Manager to lead our retail shop and ensure exceptional day-to-day guest experience. In this role, you will oversee store operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership will be key to driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a positive, results-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and coach store associates to achieve high performance and service excellence
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment on the floor
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and transaction security
• Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and inventory levels to reduce shrink and control costs
• Execute marketing initiatives and in-store promotions to drive traffic and sales
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement improvement strategies
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail management or supervisory experience and hospitality
• Strong background in sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service
• Passionate about brand, experience and operational excellence
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
• Grocery or multi-unit retail experience is a plus
