Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and experience with CRM software. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to prospective clients and follow-up with existing contacts
  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with B2B clients through professional communication and tailored solutions
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in technology, CRM software, or technical sales environments
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and activity reports
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing within technology or technical sales sectors
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns confidently
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to inside sales and lead generation
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Business development acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
