We are seeking motivated and experienced Car Sales Representatives who excel in both face-to-face sales and digital engagement. Our ideal candidate is not only a strong closer but also comfortable using online tools, following up with leads, and appearing in marketing videos to promote our inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist and guide customers on the lot and online with professionalism.

· Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.

· Conduct test drives and close deals.

· Post and manage vehicle listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace.

· Monitor and follow up on CRM leads promptly and effectively.

· Participate in dealership marketing efforts, including appearing in promotional videos and social media content.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

· Proven sales experience (automotive sales preferred).

· Strong digital skills: posting inventory online, handling CRM leads, and engaging with digital tools.

· Willingness to participate in marketing videos and dealership promotions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Self-motivated and results-driven.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
