Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory by building strong relationships with clients and effectively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, enabling them to excel in both direct sales and territory management.

We are a countertop fabricator. You will be required to learn how to do square footage. Your working environment is in a warehouse setting and therefore you should dress appropriately. Your clientele will be contractors and residential customers. You will need to learn about the different types of stones. There are design opportunities we can train you on how to design kitchen, including cabinet Layouts. You will earn commission so every job that you bring or every contractor will earn you more money. We are looking for someone who will fit into our job family. Well, we are very relaxed and easy-going. Customer Service is our number one aspect in this job as the owner all I care about is my customer, being happy with the end result. If you do not like working with people, please do not apply. We are flexible with your hours, but I would like someone to work 40 hours a week if possible.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
  • Execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques and direct sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with B2B market dynamics and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
