Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring quick and friendly service.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Assist with catering events, and banquets, by serving drinks promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during late-night shifts or busy events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous; retail math experience is a plus. Pay: $ $20.01 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
