A respected California firm is seeking
mid-level civil litigation defense attorneys
who want variety, responsibility, and real courtroom exposure.

You'll work across
insurance defense, employment, personal injury, government entity defense, bad faith, and related matters
—no pigeonholing.

Compensation & Culture

• $135k–$250k+ base
  (DOE) + generous bonuses
• 1,950 billable requirement
  that
  includes approved admin time

• Active
  California Bar
• JD (ABA-accredited)
• 4–7 years
  of CA civil litigation defense experience (open to 3–12)
• Defense-side mindset with solid courtroom skills
• Willing to work primarily
  in-office
  (especially initially)
