Position Summary

The Operations & Client Services Manager is the central coordination role for Legacy Home Solutions. This position owns the day-to-day flow of customer communication, estimating, scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination. You are the primary point of contact for customers and the operational bridge between the office and the field.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced home services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Intake

  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls from customers, vendors, and partners
  • Respond to customer emails and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct initial job intake, scoping, and qualification
  • Provide clear communication, timelines, and expectations to customers

Estimating & Quoting

  • Prepare and send estimates and quotes for handyman and home remodeling projects
  • Follow up on estimates to drive conversion and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate job notes, pricing, and documentation in Jobber

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians and subcontractors efficiently
  • Coordinate calendars, availability, and job timelines
  • Adjust schedules proactively based on job progress, delays, or emergencies
  • Ensure technicians have clear job details before arrival

Operations & Job Management

  • Track job status from intake through completion
  • Coordinate handoffs between office, technicians, and subcontractors
  • Ensure completed jobs are properly closed out for billing
