Summary

As a primary contact for our clients, and the first reviewer of new projects for our team, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for everything we do.

Reporting to the Digital Experience Director, the Customer Experience Associate blends exceptional communication skills with technical prowess. We are seeking a professional with 3+ years of experience in an agency or technology-related role who asks thoughtful questions, is highly self motivated, thrives on proactive communication, and has the courage to learn from mistakes. These qualities are essential for growth and success in this role.

You'll help create exceptional digital experiences for an inclusive audience, including people with disabilities and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and in diverse situations.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Facilitate conversations within our team and with our clients, asking questions and following up on answers, receiving and distributing digital assets
  • Anticipate client and team needs by proactively identifying gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement
  • Be an active participant in meetings with our team and our clients
  • Foster trust and momentum by responding quickly and thoughtfully to emails and Slack messages
  • Learn and grow in your understanding of user experience, accessibility, inclusive design, and technology
  • Collaborate and coordinate with a range of other roles at Tamman and with customers
  • Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in deliverables
  • Contribute ideas and feedback that enhance our workflows, processes, and overall client experiences

This role requires a strong listener with an active mind who can keep the project's big picture in focus while delivering business value efficiently and staying aligned with the established product roadmap. You will educate and manage the expectations of external stakeholders while advocating for their needs with our team.

Performance Priorities

Communication to the client and internal teams to inspire and guide towards success. Understanding the needs and limitations of stakeholders and producers, being able to represent both perspectives and keep a project on track is critically important

Requirements Gathering towriteand prioritize the backlog of user stories, troubleshooting and problem-solving impediments to ensure that releases and deliverables are met using the acceptance criteria and standards established

Collaborate through a deepening understanding of the work, team capacity, and timelines, you will play an active role in problem-solving and working with teams to accomplish goals

Specifically:

  • Basic knowledge of, or experience with, project management software, e.g., Jira, , etc.
  • Exceptional and demonstrable customer service experience and skills
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with AEM a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and demonstrated use of co-pilot integration projects
  • Previous agency experience (internships, short stints, freelance) a plus
