Gymnastics Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and related physical activities, with the ability to educate and inspire students of all ages. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Duties

• Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and age groups.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Organize and lead warm-up exercises, drills, and cool-down activities.
• Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive program.
• Ensure the gymnasium is clean, organized, and safe for all participants.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with students in a gymnastics or physical education setting is preferred.
• Skills in additional sports or activities such as basketball, karate, judo, or swimming are a plus.
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to effectively engage students.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
• A passion for teaching and promoting physical fitness among youth is essential.
