Custom Cabinet Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations dedicated to custom cabinetry products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall supply chain performance, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality custom cabinetry solutions.

Relocating to Hawaii is mandatory.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Manage the receiving, storage, and organization of materials and finished cabinets
• Coordinate with production to prepare and stage orders for delivery or installation
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to meet deadlines
• Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards before shipment

Skills include (but are not limited to):

• Proven experience overseeing warehouse operations in a custom cabinet, woodworking, or related environment
• Familiarity with cabinet parts, materials, and hardware
• Excellent organizational abilities and strong inventory management experience
• Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse equipment
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and highly accountable
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $100,000.00 per year
