Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy in designated locations.
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and safety protocols.
