Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Worker in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Familiarity with basic safety practices in a logistics setting.
- Must be able to perform consistent lifting throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation.
