We are seeking dedicated and hard-working individuals to support the efficient operations of our busy distribution center. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in our logistics chain, handling a variety of essential tasks. These include receiving and stocking products, picking and packing customer orders with precision, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively. You will be trained on our warehouse systems and equipment, including scanners and potentially forklifts. Physical stamina is important, as the role involves standing for extended periods, frequent movement, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety is our number one priority. All associates are required to follow strict safety protocols and consistently wear appropriate PPE to ensure a secure working environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately receiving and processing incoming inventory. Efficiently picking items for customer orders using RF scanners. Carefully packing and preparing orders for shipment. Maintaining organized and clean work areas. Loading and unloading trucks safely. Adhering to all warehouse safety policies and procedures. Utilizing PPE as required for specific tasks. Contributing to the overall productivity of our logistics operations. Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
